Effective immediately, MSL U.S. has elevated Bailey Pescatore to Managing Director of its Health practice. In this role, she will drive growth across the pharma, devices, hospitals and consumer health brand sectors while building new and innovative solutions for healthcare communications.
Pescatore’s elevated role builds on her most recent position as EVP, Head of Client Development and Innovation within MSL’s Health Practice. Pescatore joined MSL in September 2023, after almost a decade at BCW (now known as Burson) where she led award-winning and industry-first communications and programming for some of the firm’s largest pharma and biotech clients.
“I’m thrilled to be a leader at an agency that prioritizes impact and influence – and infuses it into both the work and the agency culture. I am consistently inspired by the environment we are creating at MSL for out-of-the-box and ahead-of-the-curve thinking that our healthcare clients are craving and challenging agencies to bring to the table,” said Pescatore. “I look forward to continuing to elevate our work and expand our offerings with purpose, excellence and innovation at the center – and alongside the world class team at MSL.”
“In the six short months Bailey has been at MSL, she has made a tremendous impact, leading some of the most visible work we are doing in the market. Bailey’s passion for healthcare communications is only matched by her unwavering focus on achieving results and mentoring the next generation of healthcare communicators,” said Lisa Talbot, Chief Client Officer at MSL U.S. “Bailey’s vision for the future of heath communications and commitment to innovation makes her the ideal leader for the next era of healthcare at MSL.”
Pescatore has extensive healthcare experience, partnering with leading pharmaceutical companies like Merck, Gilead and Pfizer to launch breakthrough products, protect corporate reputation and fuel market growth. Her leadership expertise spans the product lifecycle, crisis management, public affairs and large-scale consumer programming across a diverse set of therapeutic areas. Pescatore joins the agency’s Executive Team and reports to MSL U.S. Chief Client Officer, Lisa Talbot. Bailey graduated with honors with a B.A in psychology from Boston University and currently lives in Queens with her three rescue dogs and an obese cat.
