Lisa Talbot joins MSL U.S. as Chief Client Officer

MSL U.S. has appointed Lisa Talbot as Chief Client Officer. Talbot is an industry veteran with deep expertise across sectors and significant experience in developing, scaling and applying new services and offerings to transform and elevate client work.

In this newly created role, Talbot will oversee top client engagements as well as client service across all practices. She is focused on ensuring the agency delivers exceptional work for every client bringing together the talent, offerings and innovation necessary to deliver the most influential work and impactful business results. Talbot’s appointment comes on the heels of Chief Strategy Officer, Shreya Mukherjee joining the firm in February.

“There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t obsess about being the best for our people and our clients -- and bringing Lisa to the MSL to focus on top client engagements and integrated client leadership as a whole is in service of just that. Lisa is an extraordinary business partner, with a truly unique ability to create growth by elevating from the inside out and inspiring from the outside in. Her passion for and understanding of the importance of influence and how it impacts marketing will bring immense returns to our agency and work,” said MSL U.S. CEO Diana Littman.

“Over the past two years, MSL has quickly reemerged as a unique, next-gen agency focused on building a powerful influence engine of talent, innovation and tools that can set new standards in communications. The agency has an energy that is palpable, and I was drawn to its enviable client roster and the innovation and fresh talent throughout the organization,” said Lisa Talbot, Chief Client Officer, MSL U.S. With innovative tools like Fluency, a new measurement standard, and unique approaches to corporate, brand and product influence throughout the agency, I am excited to partner with our client and functional leaders to uncover new opportunities for clients and build a client service model that continually ups the ante on the work we deliver every single day.”

Previously, Talbot served as the Chief Strategy Officer for IPG’s DXTRA Health as well as Head of Health Strategy for Weber Shandwick. In this dual role, she architected and launched DXTRA Health, a collective of 27 agencies across IPG and built a strategy offering and team for the North America Health Practice at Weber Shandwick.

She also formerly led business development and growth across Marina Maher Communications and RXMOSAIC, fueling the unprecedented growth trajectory of those agencies for several years. Prior to this, she spent 11 years at Cohn & Wolfe (BCW) and led the U.S. Healthcare Practice for several years.

Talbot will report to MSL U.S. CEO Diana Littman and oversee MSL U.S. practice leads. She will be based in New York.
