The Challenge

Today Michelin operates in over 70 countries and counts more than 107,000 employees around the world. Between 2008 and 2012, Michelin will see 30,000 of its employees retire, while welcoming 20,000 new hires.   It's in the context of these major changes that the company sought an unprecedented event format to share its new strategy and its strong international identity with its managers.

The Solution

Publicis Events, the event management agency of Publicis Consultants France, proposed a new type of event and a new name: The International Bib Forum 2010.

Results

The Forum took place in Paris, October 14-15, 2010.  In record time, the agency coordinated the organisation, creation, and hosting of the forum.
