“Say OUI to France, Say OUI to Innovation”: A new campaign for IFA and INPI
Paris, 29 October 2012: The IFA (Invest in France Agency) and INPI (French Patent and Trademark Office) have chosen Publicis Consultants to support them in promoting France to foreign investors.
The campaign centres on France's appeal to investors in innovation terms.

Targeting the USA, Canada, China, India and Brazil, the international campaign seeks to showcase France as Europe's most attractive country in terms of investment, innovation and research.
In an uncertain economic environment, the campaign serves to reassure investors by providing concrete examples of France's appeal, including its advantageous research tax credit system and the "Young Innovative Company" status, which favours start-ups. It also puts the spotlight on testimonials from foreign investors already thriving in France.
Since its launch on the 25th of October in Boston (MA), USA, in the presence of the Minister Delegate for SMEs, innovation and the digital economy, the campaign has been underpinned online with a stylish, upbeat film. The film provides a fresh look at France thanks to the fast-paced delivery of key factoids that tie in with the 'Did You Know?' section of the campaign website (www.sayouitofrance-innovation.com)
The user-friendly site, which has been developed in four languages, utilizes data visualization to present key facts and figures, making it easy to navigate and obtain information.
An international print and online media campaignhas also been developed with influential, international media such as the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times, as well as key local media across target markets. It seeks to provide updated information and proof points in an innovative style.
