Denise Vitola and Scott Beaudoin Promoted to Key Executive Positions at MSL New York
MSL New York, one of the industry's leading and award-winning personal care and consumer agencies, today announced the promotions of Denise Vitola and Scott Beaudoin to key executive positions.
New York, May 7, 2012: MSL New York, one of the industry's leading and award-winning personal care and consumer agencies, today announced the promotions of Denise Vitola and Scott Beaudoin to key executive positions.
Effective immediately, Vitola, a 15-year industry veteran who has driven award-winning consumer and personal care campaigns, will assume the role of SVP, practice director for the New York office's growing consumer health and personal care business. She will oversee the work of 45 staff members for such clients as Shiseido, Johnson's and Neiman Marcus and P&G. Beaudoin, a pioneer of cause and purpose-inspired marketing will assume SVP, practice director for MSLGROUP Americas' New York-based consumer marketing practice where he will oversee business that also includes P&G, UL, General Motors, Heineken, Ferrero Rocher, Outback Steakhouse, PUMA, Kellogg's, amazon.com and Brother. MSL New York's consumer practice is staffed by nearly 40 people.

MSL New York's personal care practice has seen strong growth from the rapidly expanding categories of wellness, consumer health, beauty and luxury. The New York consumer marketing practice has also grown from strong success in the automotive, food and beverage, lifestyle and consumer technology categories.
Vitola was previously the Personal Care deputy practice director and successfully led the Proctor & Gamble digestive wellness portfolio. Her recent work has received nominations for an Effie, Platinum PR Award, Promo's PRO Award, Cause Marketing Forum's HALO Award and two Silver SABRE Awards. She won a Gold Sabre in 2011 for Pepto-Bismol's support of the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest. Prior to joining MSL New York Vitola led the TJMaxx business at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. She also led the enormously successful product launch of "Keep the Change" program for Bank of America.

Beaudoin takes on the role of NY consumer practice director after building the purpose-inspired brand building specialty across North America. He began at MSL Boston in 2008 and helped to win business like Keurig, Del Monte, CVS/pharmacy before transferring to MSL New York where he worked on numerous P&G brands and helped win the global Kellogg's business. He is a 20-year of consumer marketing veteran and spent 8 years at Cone Communications in Boston heading up the agency's award winning work on the General Mills, ConAgra Foods and CVS/pharmacy accounts. Through his work, Scott has received top industry honors including: PR Week Campaign of the Year, Public Relations Society of America Silver Anvil and PR News Platinum Award for Cause-Related Marketing.
