BRITISH AIRWAYS MOVES BACK TO MSL ITALIA

MSL Italia to handle BA's 'To Fly, To Serve' Communications

Milan, December 16th 2011  - British Airways has handed their business to MSL Italia - the MSLGROUP agency led by Daniela Canegallo.  The agency is tasked with the airline's communication activities in Italy, including media relations, crisis preparedness, digital PR and social media management.

All the activity will focus on the company's new positioning "To Fly. To Serve", which highlights the values of the brand: history, people and the airline's attention to customer experience.

This will be the second time MSL Italia has handled the British Airways account, having managed communications earlier for the company in Italy, between 1999 and 2009.

The MSLGROUP team will be led by Alessandro Chiarmasso, head of MSL Italia's corporate practice.
