Kate DiRanna Joins MSL New York to Lead Its Entertainment Marketing Group

October 20, 2011 - New York, NY: MSLGROUP Americas today announced that Kate DiRanna has joined the agency as SVP Entertainment Marketing, MSL New York. 

DiRanna will lead MSLGROUP Americas' Entertainment Marketing group and be charged with developing holistic entertainment marketing programs for the firm's clients.

An entertainment and music marketing veteran with more than a decade of experience, DiRanna bridges the gap between consumer brands and the entertainment vertical specializing in integrated marketing partnerships, sponsorship activations and promotions. DiRanna joins MSLGROUP Americas from Media Storm, where she was responsible for the growth and development of the partnership marketing group, which worked with clients including Cisco/Flip, Viacom, and Scripps networks.

Prior to Media Storm, DiRanna spearheaded the strategic marketing and promotions department at NMA Entertainment and Marketing where she drove the entertainment activation calendars for clients including IHOP, Kmart, Hostess, and Capital One. DiRanna has led award winning campaigns for The Walt Disney Company, Heineken and Hostess. She is also a frequent guest lecturer and panel participant having lectured at New York University and the Promotion Marketing Association Conference.
